How much does delivery cost?

Nationwide delivery is free on all orders of R500 and up!

All orders below R500 are charged a flat rate of R100 for shipping anywhere in South Africa.

(This does not include International Deliveries, which will be calculated on a case by case basis - please email for enquiries)

How long does delivery take?

We aim to ship your order as fast as we can, but at most, within 7 working days of successful payment. The Courier Guy, our South African delivery company, will provide you with a tracking number to track your delivery.

*No deliveries on weekends or public holidays

Why do you need my phone number?

We will need your contact number so The Courier Guy can contact you when your delivery arrives.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately not.

All packages need to be signed for on receipt.

Does SHELBY FINDS ship internationally?

Not usually, however, if you are interested in any of our products, you’re welcome to email Sian at and we will be happy to help.

How do I care for my Hand Tufted Wool Rug?

*Keep away from water.

*Vacuum regularly and gently with a handheld vacuum cleaner.

*Clean spills immediately by blotting with a cloth or sponge.

*Professional cleaning recommended, if necessary.

*Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

How do I care for my Bògòlanfini Mud Cloth Wall Hanging?

*It is recommended to avoid washing where possible, to preserve the colour of the mud cloth.

*Spot cleaning is preferred.

*Dry Cleaning recommended only if very necessary.

*Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

*If it is very necessary to wash - cold, gentle wash by hand with chemical free soap (Castile soap), do not soak or scrunch, lay flat to dry. 


If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to send the item back to us at your expense, for a full refund, within 7 days of receipt.

We charge a 10% handling fee for processing online refunds on items you choose to return for your own reasons (that’s 10% of the cost of the item being returned).
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items.

All returns must be shipped back to SHELBY FINDS and we must receive them in 'as new' condition.  
All shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and shall not be refunded.

In the event you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, with photos and proof of purchase.

We will get back to you within 48 hrs and determine whether to send you a replacement at no additional cost or refund your account.
