Hand Tufted Information and General Care Instructions:
Vacuum regularly - New rugs may shed some fluff due to excess fibres not fully incorporated during spinning. Use suction only, as rotating brushes can damage the rug. Frequent vacuuming is recommended until the shedding stops.
Loose threads - If a thread becomes loose, do not pull it. Instead, carefully cut it with sharp scissors to avoid damaging the rug.
Spill management - Blot spills with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub or use detergent. It's best to consult a specialist cleaning company for thorough cleaning.
Handmade uniqueness - All our wool hand-tufted rugs are handmade by artisans, so slight variations in color and pattern may occur, adding to the unique quality of each rug.
